Description
English: Four unidentified women in swimwear in the Potomac Tidal Basin, Washington, D.C., 1922. They appear to be drinking from tea cups. Caption reads "Kay Laurell", but actress Kay Laurell does not appear in this photo; she is seen with the women here in other photos from the set taken the same day. The women may be actresses from the same troupe as Kay Laurell, possibly from the production "Ladies' Night" playing in Washington in July of 1922. Woman at left may be actress Eleanor Griffith. The Washington Monument can be seen in the distance.
