Description
English: A few lines of text from the Kaufmann Manuscript, tractate Avot 1,6.7 (Mishna 1,6 according to MS Kaufmann), which is considered to be the most important manuscript of the Jewish Mishna. The manuscript is dated approx. 12th century, so it is rather old.
Deutsch: Ausschnitt aus Mischna Avot 1,6f. nach gewöhnlicher Zählung, 1,6 nach der Einteilung in MS Kaufmann. Man beachte am Ende von Zeile 4 die typisch mischnische Schreibweise "Adan" anstelle von biblischem "Adam".
עברית: מספר שורות מכתב יד קאופמן: מסכת אבות, פרק א, משנה ו ומשנה ז. כתב-היד, שנחשב לאחד מכתבי-היד החשובים ביותר של המשנה, מתוארך לסביבות המאה-12.
