Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan selalu mendapatkan perhatian khusus. Hal itu dikarenakan perempuan sering menjadi korban dan menjadi pihak yang dirugikan, bahkan dalam ranah domestik. Perempuan banyak mendapatkan diskriminasi sebagai akibat dari warisan budaya patriarki. Komnas Perempuan mencatat, sepanjang tahun 2020 di Indonesia terdapat 6.480 kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dalam ranah personal (RP)/KDRT. Posisi tertinggi diduduki oleh Kekerasan Terhadap Istri (KTI) yang mencapai 3.221 kasus atau 50% dari keseluruhan kasus, di bawahnya ada Kekerasan Dalam Pacaran (KDP) dengan jumlah 1.309 kasus atau 20 %, disusul dengan Kekerasan Terhadap Anak Perempuan (KTAP) dengan 954 kasus atau 15%. Sisanya adalah 401 kasus (6%) Kekerasan Mantan Pacar (KMP), 127 kasus (2%) Kekerasan Mantan Suami (KMS) dan 457 kasus (7%) adalah bentuk kekerasan lain di ranah personal.
