Summary[edit]

Description Toronto's natural beach protected by its lifeguard station on the Outer Harbour. Rocks and beach grass make it the complete opposite from the sandbox like experience of Sugar Beach. Cherry Beach provides a real escape to the country 5 minutes from downtown. Swimming definitely allowed. Even for dogs. Its hot dog truck, with dark gravy fries, provides a complete opposite gastronomic experience from the posh eatery in the Corus building at Sugar Beach..
