English: Julia set of in the complex plane, centered at the origin.
Note: By means of z→iz, a rotation by 90°, this process is linear equivalent to the mapping . The Julia set is the bright part of the graphic. The violet part together with the (infinitely many) green parts comprise the Fatou set. Poins in the violet part escape to infinity under iteration.
