Español: La obra representa el martirio de San Sebastián, y a ambos lados del mártir se hallan los verdugos encargados de ejecutarle y las figuras orantes de don Gastón y doña María de la Cerda, hijos de Luis de la Cerda, el tercer conde de Medinaceli, a los que se alude en la inscripción al pie de la escena. En la parte superior se disponen dos escudos con las armas de la Casa de Medinaceli y de los Sarmiento respectivamente.
