If 195 196 THE JOURNAL OF ROENTGENOLOGY the various Roentgen organizations could be so amalga-mated into, say, the national organization of America, abetter cooperation and stronger scientific union can be hadand maintained, most advantageously, to all concerned.The national to be a union of all eligible Roentgenologists,from all local sections, etc. The main, or national, organ-ization, meeting annually in connection with, just precedingor following, the American Medical Association. Natur-ally, such an organization would give the Roentgenologistan opportunity of attending the two national meetings, ata minimum expenditure of time and energy. As stated above, submitted for your approval, andwill add that any additions or corrections and comment, foror against the amalgamation, will be welcomed. Schematically, such an organization can be outlined asfollows:

Information received by bothobservation and contact with officers in training convinceme that the work being accomplished is magnificent in char-acter.
