English: Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonthan E. Kocsis, a damage controlman from Royal Oaks, Mich., assists Cmdr. Scott B. Curtis, commanding officer of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland, in donning a self-contained breathing apparatus during a damage control refresher brief aboard the ship. Ashland is part of the Nassau Amphibious Ready Group and is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
