Description
English: Staff Sgt. April Lucas of the Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command delivers a prayer as dozens of service members, civilian employees, families, retirees, emergency responders and other community members attend the 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony Sept. 11 at the Dix Chapel on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. Keynote speaker for the event was retired Chap. (Col.) Jacob Z. Goldstein, who spent five months coordinating relief efforts at Ground Zero in New York City following the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
