Description
The schooner Adolphine was built in Bergen, Norway in 1853. In 1854 she was bought by Zeuthen & Co. of Copenhagen. Her crew at that time consisted of the captain, H.F. Wulff, two mates and four sailors. In 1856 she was bought by the merchant Hygum (or Hygom) of Copenhagen. The Adolphine was lost in 1858 off Cexintra. Source: jmarcussen.dk (in Danish).
