Jaroslav Čermák (* 16 July 1894, Ústí nad Labem, † 27 June 1946, Prague) was a former member of the Czechoslovak legions in Russia. In 1939 he joined the leadership of the fascist and collaborative organization „The Flag“ (Vlajka).

Čeština: Jaroslav Čermák (* 16. července 1894, Ústí nad Labem, † 27. června 1946, Praha) byl bývalý příslušník československých legií v Rusku. Za první republiky byl majitelem továrny na lepenkové zboží. V roce 1939 se zapojil do vedení fašistické a kolaborantské organizace Vlajka. Od února 1940 do února 1941 velel ozbrojené složce Vlajky – paramilitantním Svatoplukovým gardám (SG). Po roztržce s Janem Rysem-Rozsévačem byl 8. března 1941 vyloučen z Vlajky. V roce 1944 se neúspěšně pokusil o přijetí do zbraní SS (Waffen-SS). Po druhé světové válce byl osouzen k trestu smrti. (Spolčně s nejvyšším představitelem Vlajky Janem Rysem–Rozsévačem a jeho zástupcem v organizaci Vlajka Josefem Burdou).
English: Jaroslav Čermák (* 16 July 1894, Ústí nad Labem, † 27 June 1946, Prague) was a former member of the Czechoslovak legions in Russia. During the First Czechoslovak Republic he was the owner of a factory (cardboard production). In 1939 he joined the leadership of the fascist and collaborative organization „The Flag“ (Vlajka). From February 1940 to February 1941 he commanded the armed forces of „The Flag“ - It were the paramilitant Svatopluk's Guards (SG). After a rupture with Jan Rys-Rozsévač he was expelled from „The Flag“ on March 8, 1941. In 1944 Jaroslav Čermák unsuccessfully tried to join the SS weapons (Waffen-SS). After World War II he was sentenced to death. (Together with the Chief Representative of „The Flag“, Jan Rys-Rozsévač and his deputy in „The Flag“ Organization, Josef Burda).
