Description
Deutsch: Eine Schlepptenderlokomotive, Bauart 1’C n2 mit Belpaire-Stehkessel und Flachschiebern, die Konstruktion stammt etwa aus der zeit zwischen 1900 und 1920. Die Weihnachtsdekoration ist vier Wochen danach noch vorhanden. Weihnachten ist im Süden von Südamerika allerdings ein Fest im Hochsommer und eine wirkliche Weihnachtsüberraschung wäre die Reaktivierung des Eisenbahnverkehres in Paraguay.
Der Tender ist für die Lokomotive vergleichsweise groß, die Drehgestellbauweise ist bei mangelhafter Gleislage vorteilhaft und die Reichweite verlängert er auch. Bemekenswert ist die Umstellung der Tenderdrehgestelle auf Achsrollenlager.
