Description
Deutsch: Die Verlängerung mit der Kante am Stumpfgleis 31 wurde 1977 für die S-Bahn-Strecke nach Grünau gebaut. Genutzt wurde sie bis zur Durchbindung der Linie A nach Grünau von den Pendelzügen der Linie C, danach für die neue Linie C Miltitzer Allee–Plagwitz–Markkleberg Mitte–(Gaschwitz). In den Neunzigern wurde die Verbindung, die durch das Nichteingemeinden von Markkleeberg und zusätzlich wegen des erst 2001 eingeführten Verkehrsverbundes MDV deutlich teuerer als die Fahrt über Leipzig Hbf oder die reine Straßenbahnbenutzung war, wieder auf Plagwitz–Gaschwitz verkürzt und im Herbst 2002 ganz eingestellt.
