Description
Deutsch: Ein Zug der Linie S4 von Geithain nach Thekla. Wer weiter Richtung Falkenberg will, kann in Leipzig Nord umsteigen, mit den Eilzügen nach Cottbus wird der Humpeltakt hinter Thekla zumindest für Fahrgäste nach Taucha, Eilenburg und Torgau wieder deutlich regelmäßiger.
Der Haltepunkt war als »Semmelweisstraße« geplant und ging dann deutlich unpassender als »Leipzig MDR« in Betrieb. Dafür erhielt die Weichengruppe des Kreuzungsbauwerkes Süd unter der Brücke der Richard-Lehmann-Straße 2019 den ebenso unpassenden Namen »Leipzig Semmelweis«.
