Although most of the secretariat’s correspondence was in Persian, some of it was also in Turkish, written to recipients both inside as well as outside Iran from the very beginning of the Safavid state. God willing whatever his desires are will be fulfilled. Daily reports of what is happening should be submitted to the high court both by Ahmad Agha and Amir Musa so that all our orders are implemented and thus they gain our gracious favor. Written 7
