On city planning maps, Penn Avenue is the border between the Garfield and Bloomfield neighborhoods, and this building on the south side of Penn is in Bloomfield. Pittsburghers, however refer to both sides of Penn Avenue as Garfield, and businesses on both sides advertise themselves as in Garfield.
