Gender Stereotypes of Female Leadership

Summary[edit]

Description
English: The infographic entitled Gender Stereotypes of Women's Leadership is based on the results of research on women's leadership in organizations. The stereotyping of women leaders in work is a society's view of a successful career woman. No matter how good a woman's career is, it still doesn't forget the main task of being a housewife and a person who is responsible for the family. Career women are required to be able to balance their professional and natural roles as women. Women's leadership is a challenge in Indonesian society.
