Description
English: The Indiana Flag reflects proudly as the 38th Infantry Division Band performs at the inauguration ceremony of Indiana's new governor, Mike Pence, at the Indiana Statehouse, Jan. 14, 2013. The event, during which Pence was officially sworn in as governor, makes him commander in chief of the Indiana National Guard. The Indiana National Guard was represented at the inauguration by both a color guard and the band. (Photo by Sgt. 1st Class Matt Scotten)
