Description
Русский: Икона "Страшный суд". Новгород, 3-я четверть 15 века. Дерево (липа). Эрмитаж. Из деревянной церкви Николая Чудотворца, село Нёнокса Беломорского района Архангельской области 1762 года. Поступление: 1960 год, из материалов экспедиции ГЭ (А.С. Косцова, С.П. Орлов). Инв. ЭРИ-477. Икона относится к числу самых древних и очень редких памятников 15 века с таким сюжетом. Иконографически восходит к одноименной иконе рубежа 14-15 веков из кремлевского Успенского собора и отличается лаконичностью композиции. В частности, отсутствуют такие традиционные для поздних произведений элементы извода, как фигура Саваофа в верхней части на фоне концентрических кругов, образы Небесного Иерусалима и Христа во славе. Яркий насыщенный колорит с контрастными сопоставлениями цветов, заостренные и ломкие силуэты фигур, непосредственность и спонтанность живописи, живая манера личного письма с тонкими белильными движками - черты живописи 3-й четверти 15 века, еще далекой от устоявшихся приемов новгородской живописи более позднего времени.
