English: NASA astronaut Shane Kimbrough removes a storage locker in the Minus Eighty-degree Laboratory Freezer for ISS (MELFI) to store samples from an experiment. MELFI is a cold storage unit that maintains experiment samples at ultra-cold temperatures throughout a mission.
