| Description |
Deutsch: Einheitsbauart, eingeführt mit den Reichsbahnweichen Anfang der 1930er. Der Zungendrehpunkt besteht aus einem Ringzapfen mit Ölbohrung. Die Bauart ist deutlich solider als die britische Form mit lose verspanntem Laschenstoß und trotzdem hat sie sich nicht bewährt. Federschienenzungen sind wie Federzungen ohne Zungenplatte deutlich wartungsärmer, um 1980 wurde die Fertigung der letzten Reichsbahnweichenbauarten darauf umgestellt. Der Vorteil von Gelenkzungen ist allerdings, dass sie in jedem Fall spannungsfrei sind. Die Schwellen unter den Lagerplatten der Zungendrehpunkte liegen wegen deren erforderlichem Einbauraum tiefer als die übrigen, das muss beim Vorbereiten des Feinplanums vor dem Einbau einer solchen Weiche berücksichtigt werden. |
