English: Unilateral tongue atrophy due to paralysis of the left hypoglossal nerve. The patient can not move his tongue to the left side.
Deutsch: Hypoglossusparese mit Atrophie der Zungenmuskulatur links (beachte die Faltenbildung der Zungenschleimhaut links). Eine Bewegung der Zunge nach links ist nicht möglich. Es bestehen Artikulationsstörungen.
