Summary[edit]

Description A mid 1950s view of South Carriage Road and Rotten Row taken from the Waterloo Gallery in Apsley House. The photograph has captured a troop of Life Guards making their way to Horse Guards in Whitehall, the time is approximately 10.45am as they pass through the Decimus Burton screen at Hyde Park Corner.
