| Description |
English: Hunts Bank 1979 The brand new car park on the site of the former Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway's Hunts Bank offices: so new, the spaces had not even been marked. The road providing access to the car park (Walkers Croft) is in effect a long culvert with the River Irk beneath. The Irk joins the River Irwell under the blue painted bridge by the traffic lights. On the left of Walkers Croft is the renowned Chethams School of Music. |
