English: Walkway on the eastern side of the Humber Bridge, England. Look closely at the photo - you will see the arch in the walkway and road as you head towards the centre of the bridge. You can also see some of the strange attachments to the suspending wires, believed to have been added to stop resonation in the cables during high winds (which happens often on the Humber). |
