Powers auf Seiten der Südstaaten einen Dampfschiff-Hubschrauber als Blockadebrecher, Bomber und Beobachtungsplattform aus der Luft einsetzen. Nur weil er Bedenken hatte, dass auch die Nordstaaten ein derartiges Gerät gegen seine Partei einsetzen könnte, verzichtete er auf die Verwirklichung seines Planes. |
