Description
English: How to wire European circuit breakers (without neutral and ground busbars, cause it may differ in different installations). Before work, turn off main circuit breaker. Let's see how to do it properly:
  • 1) Take all required materials and tools.
  • 2 and 3) Weak the attachment clip, in some breakers it in bottom, in some breakers it in top.
  • 4) Attach them to DIN rail.
  • 5 to 7) Fix them to DIN rail by attachment clips.
  • 8) Put feeding wire (put sleeve if it is need), follow color codes in your region.
  • 9) Then hot busbar.
  • 10) After clamp all the terminals on bottom side.
  • 11) Touch up cover on busbar, that nothing may contact with energized part.
  • 12-13) Connect load hot wires to the top terminals.
  • 14) Do the same with load switch, load switch should handle at least main circuit breaker current.
  • 15) If the work is completed, put the cover and energize circuits.
  • The same is for other panel devices for DIN rail, like relays or signal lamps.
  • Don't do this work at all, if something is not understandable!
  • Put the RCD if it is need!
