Summary[edit]
DescriptionHouse of Art.jpg |
Art is considered an additional luxurious activity within the Arab world in general. Some people think that theater, playing and reading is a waste of time and energy, an additional activity for wealthy people, or we should be doing something better to do during the time that we spent reading or watching a play or playing. Most of this misbelieves are related to two major issues: - The cultural aspects of the Arab societies such as traditions, religion and education; - Lack of resources in Arabic that reflects the needs, culture and intellectual ; Recent experiences made by young artist have showed that most of these misguided ideas are related basically to. Whereas in most cultures art is considered as a witness like history books in other cultures it is considered as unnecessary luxury. The artist is clearly showing that all individuals have creativity and can participate in art making and developing their societies. |
