If they takeupon themselves the manege style, they are alarmed atbeing accused of copying the military seat; and if theyshoiten the stirrup-leathers, and double themselves ina heap, they are as often charged with riding liketailors or butchers. Generally speaking a person canbe as readily distinguished by the contour of his seat asby the cut of his coat.
