Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents

I had been hoping to get some pictures of LA from up on the hill, but the pollution was so bad I couldn't even see LA. At all. Visibility was about 1/2 a mile. How do people live in this crap? It looks like people should be dropping dead from various lung diseases.
