Summary[edit]

A carved stone figure of a Hindu god. Indian Pala period (8 – 12 c) and probably dates from 12c. Originally situated (one of two) in a rear wall of Southall Manor. Not added to WC at the time of taking for fear that it would be stolen. The Jesmonite replacement replication has since been vandalized.
