English: Hightown Board School, Liversedge. The part to the right, fronting Hightown Road, is the original board school. It has a little ventilation turret on the ridge. On the left is a modern extension, which has been given some architectural details to match the old building. Also the stones on which the name of the school are carved have been built into the wall of the extension. |
