Description
English: Glimpses of Africa, West and Southwest coast is a 1890s collection of photographs during a voyage of six thousand miles from Sierra Leone to St. Paul de Loanda and return, including the Rio del Ray and Cameroons rivers, and the Congo River, from its mouth to Matadi. Shown here are high caste people from Accra on the left with distinctive dress, and Accra men on the right.
