The Heletz oil field was the location of the first successful oil well in Israel, with extraction beginning in 1955 resulting in much celebration. שדה הנפט חלץ היה קידוח הנפט הראשון שהצליח במדינת ישראל. הנפט פרץ מהקידוח ב-1955 והיווה סיבה לחגיגות ולכתיבת שירים במדינה הצעירה. |
