Description The recently restored Heidelberg Hotel in Baton Rouge. Now known as the Hilton Capitol Park, the hotel has had a number of names over the years- Jack Tar, Dunfey, Chateau Capitol, Capitol House etc.. Governor Huey Long is said to have had a secret tunnel to the old capitol building across the street.
