| Description |
English: Headless Devotee is a historical statue placed at the extreme left corner of Changu Narayan Temple which is situated about 22 km to the east of Kathmandu and 6 km north of Bhaktapur.
This monument portrays one of the historical devotee who had kept on worshiping God Vishnu after being headless. Though this place is just a corner of Changu Narayan Temple but devotee's visit or say worship assumed to be complete only after worshiping in front of this statue. This statue was created between the 5th and 13th century but the typical fresh vibe in its statue seems as it has made recently. |
