Portrait of Andreas Reidmor* Three-quarters to right, but with eyes directed to left, with short beard, wearing a black cap, a black cloak lined with brownfur, over a black coat, which displays through an opening at thebreast a bright red waistcoat. In his right hand he holds a paper :his left hand, wilh two rings (one of them is a signer-ring) on theforefinger, grasps the fur lining of the cloak. On the green back-ground is the inscription : Andre Rcidmor der older. Seines alders.56 Jar. In the right upper-corner are the canting arms of Reitraohr,or, a Moor riding a stag courant gules, with mantling and crest. Rietstap gives these arms as those of the Regensburg family olKeilmohr.
