Description
English: Hans Klemm, left, the coordinating director for rule of law and law enforcement with the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, accepts a commemorative plaque from Freshta Farrah, the deputy director of Afghanistan's National Olympic Committee, during a ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the Farah Sports Stadium in Farah city, Farah province, Afghanistan, Nov. 23, 2011. The facility was to include five sports fields, a paved track and an administrative building.
