Notes[edit]

The Anna Catharina Cronman III (1667-1685) who married Hans Christoffer von Rohr (1627-1700) appears to be conflated with her aunt, Anna Catharina Cronman I (1620-1685) who married Frans von Knorring. There also was an Anna Catharina Cronman II who appears to have died as a youth. Anna Catharina Cronman III was the daughter of Joachim Cronman and Lunetta Makeléer. The confusion first appeared in genealogies by Gabriel Anrep and was corrected in later editions. The math never worked for Anna Catharina Cronman I, she would have been too old to mother the children of Hans Christoffer von Rohr. Part of the problem appears to be the age difference between Hans Christoffer von Rohr (1627-1700) and Anna Catharina Cronman III (1667-1685), she appears to be 40 years younger than him. There is more work to be done to tease apart information on the three Anna Catharina Cronmans to see which dates belong to each.
