Description
English: This pillar is erected at the end of Owen Street in Ballina, NSW. The inscription reads: 'This hand sculptured Moruya granite column was erected in 1897 at the entrance to the Queen Victoria building, Sydney. Moved to Lismore following alterations in 1916 it was erected here in 1961'.
