English: Front of Hampton Hall (left) and the Cumberland, apartment buildings located at 209 and 201 W. York Street in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. Built in 1924 and 1930 respectively, they are examples of apartment hotels, a popular type of residential location before the Great Depression. The Cumberland is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
