Description
English: An infrared satellite imagery by the MTSAT-2 satellite with the Dvorak enhancement, showing Typhoon Haiyan’s peak intensity in November 7, 2013. It results T/CI-number 8.0 in analysis by both of the Japan Meteorological Agency and the Joint Typhoon Warning Center, which is the highest intensity for a tropical cyclone in the Dvorak technique.
中文(臺灣):由MTSAT-2衛星所攝之紅外線衛星雲圖,搭配德沃夏克強化,展示2013年11月7日颱風海燕的巔峰。日本氣象廳和聯合颱風警報中心分析此雲圖得到T/CI值8.0,為德沃夏克分析法的熱帶氣旋最高強度。
