The newly elected king is wearing a full dress (parade) uniform as admiral in the Royal Norwegian Navy. Image file of scanned postcard copied from the online collections of Oslo Museum, Norway.

Kongen er iført paradeuniform med snutehatt, gradtegn på frynsebesatte epåletter, broderier på krage og mansjetter, utmerkelser og ordener på brystet, ordensbånd, sabel og annet, som admiral i Den kongelige norske marine. Bildet av et postkort merka med kongens signatur/navnetrekk og «Gustav Borgen, Chr. Eneberettiget 1906. H. Abel's Förlag» er kopiert fra nettsamlingene til Oslo Museum.
