(end heenkints?) Ende syn huysvrouwe Catharine de Backer’, in bruine inkt (Handschrift van C. Huysmans.)
Omschrijving: De heilige Sebastiaan is met zijn armen vastgebonden aan een boom. Een pijl doorboort zijn been. Naast hem twee personen en een mand met pijlen, aan de andere kant een engel die zijn wonden verzorgt. Onder de voorstelling twee regels Latijn en een Nederlands opschrift in drie regels.
