Русский: Гашимов Аловсат Рустам оглы - председатель Гонаккендского районного исполнительного комитета, заведующий Гонаккендским отделом пропаганды и пропаганды, заведующий партийным бюро, секретарь райкома партии, редактор районной газеты. Гашимов Аловсат Рустам оглы родился в 1910 году в селе Ерфи Губинского района. Его отец умер в 1919 году, и его взял на попечение дедушка. С 1921 г. начал работать в сельском хозяйстве. В 1925-1931 годах учился в колхозной школе молодежи села Ерфи, а затем в Губинском педагогическом техникуме. Гашимов, продолживший заочное обучение в Азербайджанском государственном педагогическом институте, в 1931-1937 годах работал учителем в школах села Талыш и Гаядали. В последующие годы он окончил школу повышения квалификации партийных советских работников при ЦК Компартии Азербайджана и двухгодичную Высшую партийную школу. С 1939 года член Совета Гашимов работал инструктором, заведующим партийным киоском, заведующим отделом пропаганды, секретарем Губинского райкома партии, редактором районной газеты, а в 1950-1953 годах - председателем Исполком Гонаккендского райкома партии. |
