  • Dansk: Værkdatering: ca. 1613
  • Dansk: I Dahl og Larpents samling som Guercino, hvilket sandsynligvis er den traditionelle tilskrivning der går tilbage til Alfonso d'Estes tid og tidligere. Dwight Miller foreslog imidlertid Ludovico Carracci først støttet af Babette Bohn (2013) der imidlertid senere skiftede mening (korr. jui 2013) og foreslog Guercino uvidende om tegningens oprindelige tilskrivning. Hun mente at der kunne være tale om et tidligt værk, udført under indflydelse af Ludovico Carracci og støttede sin argumentation ved sammenliging med en tegning i Louvre inv. 7956, som er en studie til en altertavle Guercino malede til Santo Spirito i Cento i 1613, men som nu er forsvundet.
