Großenhainer Straße 162–164, erbaut 1926–1929

Einzeldenkmal der Sachgesamtheit Zur guten Hoffnung; Torhaus Hauptteil dreigeschossig mit erhöhter Mitte, darunter großer halbrunder Torbogen, Siedlung langgestreckte Anlage zwischen zwei Torhäusern, bestehend aus Reihenhäusern und kleinen Mehrfamilienhäusern mit großzügigen Vorgärten und Lattenzauneinfriedung, im Wechsel Hofbildung durch zurückgesetzte Bauten, charakteristisches Beispiel des Kleinwohnungs- und Siedlungsbaus um 1930 in Dresden, baugeschichtlich und stadtentwicklungsgeschichtlich bedeutend.
