Summary[edit]

Description

Perhaps the title says all but I must say that spreading a mix of ginger puree and horseradish so that it sinks into the french bread (no butter) and then frying it - wow was it ever tasty. Melted Brie is always better in my mind - although nothing beats the basics of brie on a bagette with some pepper.

To drizzle the honey on the yogurt, just plop it in the pan after you finish the sandwich - it melts nicely and drizzles well. Leave a touch of unmelted honey for a surprise.
