Summary[edit]

Description

Our biologist recently set a motion-triggered camera on one of P-22's deer kills. P-22 didn't return, but it was interesting to see who showed up to feed on his leftovers. Two bobcats and two coyotes finished off the meal!

This ear-tagged bobcat came in the second night. This animal was likely tagged as part of our collaboration with UCLA researcher Laurel Klein Serieys. We recently co-authored a paper: www.nps.gov/samo/learn/news/genetic-change-in-la-bobcats.htm
