The graphics aims to publicize the 30th Owu people national convention, a convention aimed to unite and bring together ancient Owu descendants annually. Indigenes of Owu-Isin are said to be descendants of Owu.

Summary[edit]

Description
English: The Owu national convention, which is promoted in the graphics, is a yearly gathering of Owu descendants, whose historic town was obliterated by inter-tribal conflict about 200 years ago. It is an important opportunity for descendants to network, become acquainted with, and trace back historical accounts. The Yoruba towns with Owu descendants participate in the event, which is also held in Yoruba towns in the Benin Republic.
